1. Who we are and how to contact us
TruckLeadPro helps drivers discover potential opportunities through permission-based introductions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through our US-facing registration, carrier inquiry, and introduction service. See the legal operator and data controller disclosure below.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@truckleadpro.com. For service help, email support@truckleadpro.com or use our contact form.
2. Information we collect
- Driver information: name, email address, phone number, state, ZIP code, self-reported CDL class or commercial learner’s permit (CLP) status, driving experience, endorsements, route and work preferences, home-time preference, availability, and any notes you provide.
- Choices and activity: email verification, service-consent records, optional communications choices, named-carrier authorizations, withdrawals, email suppression records, profile confirmation dates, and introduction status.
- Carrier and contact inquiries: company and contact names, business email, optional phone number, hiring locations, qualification and experience requirements, routes, hiring volume, and messages.
- Operational information: request and security metadata, email delivery status, expiring link records, administrator activity records, and abuse-prevention counters. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request metadata. Our application uses a keyed hash of the request IP for rate limiting rather than storing that IP in its rate-limit table.
We receive information from you, from carriers submitting requirements, and through operation of the service. Registration does not request Social Security numbers, license numbers or document images, medical records, or payment details. Please do not include these in free-text fields.
3. Why we use information
We use information to register and verify profiles, let you review and correct details, identify potential matches, respond to inquiries, send requested service messages, administer authorized introductions, maintain records of your choices, and protect the service against abuse. Matching considers location, self-reported qualifications, experience, route preferences, profile status, and freshness. It is not a hiring decision.
4. Email verification and your communication choices
A verification link gives the inbox owner access to review pending registration details. Clicking the link alone does not activate the profile. Before activation, the owner can correct profile information, confirm the service request, and make a fresh Yes or No choice about optional opportunity and availability emails. The registered email address remains bound to the link; contact us for help with email corrections.
Service participation, optional communications, and authorization for a particular carrier introduction are separate choices. Optional email consent is not inferred from supplying a phone number and does not authorize marketing calls or texts. Declining optional emails does not prevent profile activation, but the current opportunity-email and carrier-release workflows require an active communications choice.
You can use an unsubscribe link to stop optional emails without deleting your profile. Requested verification and management messages are separate service communications. An unsubscribe cannot recall a message already being sent or information already released.
5. Named-carrier introductions and other disclosures
Registration is not permission to distribute your contact details to carriers. Before release through our introduction workflow, you receive the named carrier and opportunity description and must specifically authorize that introduction. An authorized administrator then releases the approved details for delivery to that carrier: name, email, phone, state, self-reported license category, experience, and route preferences. We record the authorization and release. Release to an administrator is not proof that a carrier has received or acted on the information.
Withdrawal, optional-email opt-out, or profile deletion prevents further release through this workflow. Already disclosed information cannot be recalled automatically. Contact us for help concerning a prior introduction; the receiving carrier is also responsible for its own handling of information.
We use Supabase for database storage and administrator authentication, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. They process information needed to provide these services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or as necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.
Authorized recruitment introductions are distinct from disclosure for advertising. This website’s implemented analytics do not send profile data to advertising networks or use advertising pixels. Whether an introduction arrangement is legally classified as a sale or sharing depends on the arrangement and applicable law; your authorization is not a blanket waiver of privacy rights.
6. International processing and security
Our technology providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ.
We use restricted server-side data access, administrator authorization and multi-factor authentication, expiring access links, and abuse protections. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every intrusion, delivery error, or service failure will be prevented. Keep secure links private and contact us if you suspect misuse.
7. Retention and deletion
The service’s default cleanup settings remove unverified profiles after 7 days and profiles whose last confirmation (or creation, if never confirmed) is more than 365 days old. These windows are configurable. Scheduled cleanup must run for removal to occur; expiry does not guarantee deletion at an exact moment. Availability reminders may be sent to eligible opted-in drivers, and a lack of recent confirmation limits eligibility for introductions.
Email delivery records are removed by scheduled cleanup after 30 days from creation. Resolved contact messages and closed carrier inquiries use the configured profile-retention window, based on their creation dates. Expired or used access-link records and short-lived abuse counters have separate cleanup schedules.
Deleting a profile through a valid management link removes the profile and linked qualification, preference, consent, introduction, and email records from the application database. Withdrawal and unsubscribe are different: they restrict future use but do not themselves delete the profile.
Provider logs, backups, independent administrator audit records, open inquiries, and copies already held by carriers are not all removed by profile deletion. Applicable law may require particular records to be kept. Contact us about a specific record or retention question; this policy does not promise immediate erasure from every system or recipient.
8. Access, correction, withdrawal, and privacy requests
Use a secure management link to update location, route preferences, home time, availability, and notes; confirm availability; stop optional communications; withdraw; or delete your profile. If a link has expired, request a new link through the same page. Recovery requests are rate limited to prevent abuse.
For a copy of your information, other corrections, questions about prior disclosures, or help without inbox access, contact privacy@truckleadpro.com or use the contact form. We may need to verify your identity and authority before providing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable process has been arranged.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, or certain uses and disclosures. Contact us to make a request or raise a concern about its handling. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you.
9. Cookies, session storage, and analytics
Administrator sign-in uses cookies to maintain secure sessions and multi-factor authentication. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. These operational tools are separate from optional analytics.
When optional first-party analytics are enabled, the site asks for your choice before its browser code sends usage events. It counts selected events on supported public pages, a broad referral category (direct, internal, or external), and mobile or desktop device category. The event payload excludes form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, full referral URLs, and URL query strings. Requests still pass through hosting infrastructure, which may process operational metadata.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. Clear the site’s browser storage to reset it; if analytics are enabled, you can then decline. This choice is separate from opportunity-email consent. The application does not implement advertising analytics or cross-site advertising tracking.
10. Adults only
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, not children. Please do not register if you are under 18. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a change. Publishing an updated policy does not itself authorize a new carrier disclosure.
