1. Our service
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the TruckLeadPro US-facing website and service. TruckLeadPro helps commercial drivers discover potential opportunities through permission-based introductions to motor carriers.
TruckLeadPro does not employ drivers. Registration, a match, or an introduction does not guarantee an opportunity, interview, job offer, compensation level, or hiring outcome. Some drivers may receive no opportunity. Information about a role must be confirmed with the responsible carrier.
2. Eligibility and free driver participation
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Driver registration and participation are free. You must provide information about yourself, or have appropriate authority to submit a business inquiry. Do not register another person without permission.
The service is intended for the US driving market. Eligibility for the website does not establish eligibility for any driving job. Age, license, experience, and other requirements may differ by role and applicable law.
3. Accurate profiles and self-reported qualifications
Provide accurate, current contact information, license or permit status, experience, preferences, and availability. Correct errors during owner review and keep your profile up to date. Protect access to your email inbox and do not share secure profile links.
CDL class, CLP status, endorsements, and driving experience are self-reported and are not automatically independently verified. Email verification establishes access to an inbox, not identity, phone ownership, driving qualifications, or employability. A CLP is not represented as a full CDL.
4. Introductions require your authorization
Creating a profile or accepting optional emails does not authorize release of your contact details to every carrier. The introduction workflow identifies a particular carrier and opportunity and asks for your specific authorization before an administrator can release the approved details for that introduction.
You may decline an opportunity. You may also stop optional emails or withdraw from future introductions using the available controls. These choices prevent further release through the service but cannot automatically retrieve information already disclosed. An introduction does not require you to accept employment or require a carrier to interview or hire you.
5. Carrier responsibilities
Carriers must provide accurate company and opportunity information and submit inquiries only with authority to represent the business. An inquiry does not purchase access to driver information or create an entitlement to candidates.
Carriers are responsible for their hiring decisions, confirming qualifications and license status, applicable background and safety screening, employment terms, and compliance with laws governing their recruitment and employment activities. Website profiles do not replace those checks.
Use disclosed contact information only for the authorized introduction and applicable recruitment purposes. Do not resell it, publish it, distribute it for unrelated purposes, use it for unrelated marketing, or ignore a driver’s request to stop contact. Protect received information and handle retention and privacy requests in accordance with applicable obligations. These Terms do not establish carrier prices, fees, or refund arrangements.
6. Communications and privacy
Service processing, optional opportunity emails, and named-carrier disclosure are separate choices. Requested verification and management messages may be needed to complete an action. Optional opportunity and availability emails require a separate choice and can be stopped using an unsubscribe link. Providing a phone number does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts.
Use Manage your information to update supported profile fields, withdraw, or delete your profile. Contact us for other corrections or help. Read our Privacy Policy for information about processing, retention, recipients, and requests.
7. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit false qualifications or opportunities, send spam, scrape or harvest profiles, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the website, or use information obtained through the service unlawfully. Do not upload sensitive documents or personal information you are not entitled to provide.
We may restrict access, suspend participation, reject an inquiry, or remove information to address abuse, inaccurate submissions, security concerns, or legal obligations. These measures do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
8. Availability and limitations
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Availability depends in part on hosting, email, security, and other providers. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful email delivery, or continuing availability of a carrier’s opportunity.
Website guides provide general information, not legal advice, official licensing determinations, or employment offers. Verify important details with the carrier or responsible authority before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant a particular employment outcome or suitability of a carrier’s offer, and we are not responsible for a carrier’s independent hiring decisions or employment promises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
9. Questions and disputes
For service questions or a dispute, contact TruckLeadPro support through support@truckleadpro.com or our contact form, with a description of the concern. Please do not include passwords, secure access links, or sensitive documents. For personal information matters, contact privacy@truckleadpro.com.
You may contact us to seek a practical resolution. Doing so is not a mandatory arbitration agreement, a waiver of legal rights, or a restriction on contacting a regulator or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and display a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will follow those requirements. A change to these Terms does not replace the separate authorization required for an introduction.
